Commitment to Your Safety

Christie’s Mill Inn and Spa is committed to providing you with a safe and sanitized environment that aligns with current Public Health orders and guidelines as well as all provincial and federal regulations.

Please Note: If you are not feeling well, please do give us a call to reschedule your visit. Most reservations offer a 24-hour cancellation policy and we are more than happy to book you in for another date that you are feeling 100% well. This is an important step to reducing the spread of COVID-19.

We are dedicated to taking care of our hotel guests and family. Below you will find just a few additional ways we are working to keep you and each other safe.

Public Areas:

  Enhanced public area cleaning is in effect. High touch areas such as railings, elevator buttons, restrooms and counters are sanitized regularly.
   Cleaning products are of the highest quality and meet the guidelines provided by Public Health.

Guest Rooms:

 At this time, we will not enter your room once you have checked in to the hotel.
 If you are staying with us for multiple days and would like your garbage can emptied, and/or would like fresh linens and/or towels, we are happy to bring them to your door. Please contact the Front Desk or leave your amenity check list outside your door.
 Staff will only enter your room if requested for extended stay reservations or in case of emergency.
 Enhanced cleaning protocols are in place for each guest room, including an increased focus on sanitizing high-touch areas such as door knobs, light switches, remotes, and thermostats. Cleaning products used meet the guidelines provided by Public Health.
 All drinkware is removed and replaced between guest visits.
 Some in-room amenities may be modified to ensure we are providing the highest level of quality and safety.

Pool and Fitness Centre:

 Our fitness centre is available 24 hours a day! Appointments of 45 minutes with maximum of 2 people from one household per appointment time. Please reserve your time with the front desk
 Our heated indoor pool with whirlpool is available for 1 hour and 15-minute appointments. The maximum capacity on our pool is 13 persons, please reserve you time with front desk.
