MYOFASCIAL RELEASE

Fascia is the tissue that gives your body form.  Releasing restrictions in the fascia can help the body realign itself.   Myofascial release does not use oil and involves some movement on the client's part.

HOT ROCKS MASSAGE
A therapeutic massage based on an ancient technique using heated stones. Deep penetration of heat for the stones provides extreme relaxation to the muscles.

RELAXATION MASSAGE
The Relaxation massage consists of a foot massage, head massage and full body massage. Receipts for Insurance purposes are not available for this treatment.

With all of our massages our guests are invited to arrive 30 minutes before their appointment to enjoy the benefits of our salt-water mineral pool. Receipts will be issued only for massages conducted by a Registered Massage Therapist.
