Spa EtiquettePlease arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete a health history form. This allows your spa therapist to be aware of any specific medical conditions that may affect your treatment. Please bring along your medications or medical aids that you may require for the duration of your visit with us. Your privacy will be respected at all times and our therapists will drape you appropriately. Please note; that all treatment times are approximate. Should you have any questions concerning your treatments, our spa coordinators will be pleased to assist you. To ensure the tranquil nature of our spa, we ask that you leave all electronic equipment, cell phones, pagers, and computers in your locker. Our spa is an adult oriented retreat and we respectfully ask that you make arrangements for your children to be cared for during your spa visit. Lockers are provided for you during your spa retreat, therefore the spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If you are unable to make your appointment or need to change your appointment time, notification is required 48 hours in advance of your reservation. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will have full charges applied. Late arrivals may require a shortened treatment at the full price. To schedule a spa appointment a valid credit card number is required to assure your treatment time. Gift certificates are available for all spa services.
