Deposit and Cancellation Policy

All reservations require a one night deposit to confirm room reservations. The deposit will be refunded less $25.00 per room, per night service charge if the cancellation is received by Christie’s Mill Inn & Spa 8 days prior to confirmed arrival date. 7 days notice or less will result in the forfeit of your deposit.

Shoppers Drug Mart Life Experiences Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

All reservations require a valid Shoppers Drug Mart Life Experiences confirmation number (which is on the back of the card) to confirm the reservation. Cancellation of the reservation 14 or more days prior to the confirmed arrival date will not result in any forfeiture. Less than 14 days notice will result in the forfeiture of the full value of the Life Experiences card unless the room and services are sold for the same length of time as originally reserved.
